Call2Recycle Canada, in partnership with Staples Professional, offers battery collection boxes for your business at no cost.

As a Staples Professional customer, you will receive:
  • Two Recycle Your Batteries, Canada! battery collection boxes
  • Detailed instructions for safely collecting and shipping household batteries
  • Prepaid return shipping
Your location will not be listed on Call2Recycle’s public collection site locator, which means your boxes are intended for batteries generated by your business and employees. If you would like to accept batteries from the public and be added to the online locator, please email customerservice@call2recycle.ca. Our team can review your site and update your collection status.

To get started, enter your business details below. We’ll send you a collection kit with everything you need. Once the box is full, call Purolator at 1-888-744-7123 to arrange pickup. Please ensure each battery weighs less than 5 kg. It’s that easy!

I would like to receive monthly reports on my collection volume. (Please note, there is typically a processing time of 3 weeks for batteries returned and you may see a delay in materials sent back to us on this report) :*
